What action has the Welsh Government taken to ensure school grounds are suitable for parents with prams to access?

All local authorities are responsible for ensuring that all new schools built including their grounds are built in accordance with Building Regulations. Providing suitable level and ramped access for wheelchairs, which by their nature will allow parents with prams easy access, is included in these regulations.
