What guidance has the Welsh Government provided to local authorities to ensure school students are not bullied or excluded from friendship groups due to mental health issues?

The Welsh Government has a zero-tolerance approach to any form of bullying in the Welsh education system and we expect the same from schools and education services. We have published statutory anti-bullying guidance to support schools to put in place appropriate responses and to take a preventative approach by promoting understanding and positive relationships in the school community.
