Will the Commission provide a breakdown of costs and labour for the replacement of the flagpoles outside Tŷ Hywel?

The flagpoles outside Tŷ Hywel were installed in 1999. Following a planned maintenance visit in October 2022, it was recommended to replace them due to their age and condition. This included the need to replace and strengthen the concrete base and fixings for the flagpoles.
We have been advised that the detailed costs are commercially sensitive but can confirm the total costs of the project are £36,594.64.
This includes the removal and disposal of the old flag poles and concrete base and the purchase and installation of the new flagpoles and installation of a new concrete base.
