How does the Minister plan to improve transport links for the newly acquired Centre 7 building at Cardiff Gate Business Park?
As we move towards a new system of bus franchising, Transport for Wales will continue to work with local authorities and bus operators to design a new bus network to serve Cardiff and its surrounding area. This can include bus service links to new developments and employment sites such as Cardiff Gate. The Welsh Government and Transport for Wales are also working with the local authorities to develop regional transport plans that can align infrastructure improvements with these new services to make them both attractive and sustainable, as well as improving active travel and rail access.
Ministers will also review options for the development of the proposed Cardiff Parkway station once the planning position has been determined.
