Do the new Tripleplay set-top boxes for televisions on the Senedd estate allow for the blocking of television channels in a way that was not possible before the new boxes were installed?

We do not use the set-top boxes to block channels. The set-top boxes are devices that receive and decode signals from the central system. Setting which channels are available for viewing is done at a central system level.
