What assessments has the Welsh Government made regarding the suitability of Stonewall as a recipient of public grants?

We fund a wide range of charitable, voluntary, and third sector organisations, including those which represent LGBTQ+ people.
Stonewall Cymru receives grant funding to act as a representative body for LGBTQ+ people in Wales. This includes working with the Welsh Government and other public bodies to ensure the views of LGBTQ+ people are heard as well as providing information and advocacy services.
The Welsh Government carries out due diligence checks on a regular basis on third sector organisations that receive Welsh Government funding, including Stonewall Cymru.
