What discussions has the Minister had with Network Rail regarding Project Reach, in order to enable the development of a digitally connected rail network across Wales?

My officials were engaged with Network Rail at the early stages of the project. We are not aware of any plans to roll the project out in Wales in the near future.
As part of our investment to transform the Core Valley Lines we have installed high-capacity fibre cables which could help improve connectivity in the area.
