The total expenditure of costs incurred by the Welsh Government as a consequence of the legal challenge has not been confirmed to date.
Upon identification of procedural issues relating to the decision to end holiday free school meal, a full integrated impact assessment was carried out and the relevant assessments are published here: Holiday free school meals impact assessment | GOV.WALES.
