We intervene in cases where comments contain false or misleading information that poses a serious risk to the public.
Our criteria and standards are based on the RESIST 2.0 toolkit for disinformation, developed by the UK Government Communication Service. This toolkit defines ‘Significant risks to the general public’ as those that affect public safety, public health, national security or the climate of democratic debate.”
