Will the Minister provide an update on any consultation that the Welsh Government is involved in regarding changing legislation to allow farming businesses to not lose free-range status should birds be housed due to government intervention?

Welsh Government is not consulting on any change to policy for free-range status for eggs and poultry. Current policy strikes a reasonable balance between providing industry with flexibility and consumers knowing what they are buying.
