When does the Minister anticipate the full completion of the South Wales Metro, including the tram line and new stations planned for Cardiff Bay?

The South Wales Metro is a long-term programme which integrates rail, bus and active travel projects. A number of different projects are taking place within this programme which have different expected completion dates.
Cardiff Crossrail, which is planned to provide new stations and tramlines in Cardiff Bay, is a Cardiff Council controlled project supported by the Welsh Government and Transport for Wales.
