What discussions has the Welsh Government had with the UK Government this year regarding cost-of-living support for Welsh residents?

Last month the Minister for Finance and Local Government met with the Chief Secretary to the Treasury and Scottish Finance Minister at the Finance Inter-Ministerial Standing Committee (FISC). During the meeting she urged the UK Government to prioritise the cost-of-living crisis in the upcoming UK Spring Budget by providing additional support to those hit hardest.
