Will the Minister outline what support is available in Wales for people of Jewish ancestry to be screened for faults in their BRCA genes?

The increased risk related to Jewish ancestry is already included in professional guidelines for assessing familial risk of breast cancer. People in Wales with Jewish ancestry who have an increased risk (such as a first or second degree relative with a diagnosis of breast cancer) of developing cancers associated with a BRCA gene mutation can seek genetic testing and counselling from the All-Wales Medical Genomics Service by contacting their GP.
