Has the Welsh Government inspected the Toys R Us site in order to determine whether it meets the standards set out in the their code of guidance on the allocation of accommodation and homelessness for local authorities?

The Welsh Government does not collect or hold data on persons in individual temporary accommodation settings. The provision of temporary accommodation is the responsibility of local authorities and specific details on such settings, including compliance with the Code of Guidance, and the process undertaken to bring them online is a matter for the relevant local authority.
