Will the First Minister provide a list of Welsh Government funding that goes to governments outside the United Kingdom?

The Welsh Government has routinely published details of spend over £25,000 since April 2011. The Welsh Government aims to publish this information on a quarterly basis in arrears, subject to the availability of staff and the data having been cleared for release.
The last information was published on 7th December 2023, detailing expenditure up to September 2023. We are currently working to publish data up to December 2023 as soon as practicable.
