What plans does the Welsh Government have to review Land Transaction Tax rates?

The land transaction tax (LTT) rates and bands are kept under review to ensure they continue to meet the Welsh Government’s policy aims and generate revenue for our important public services.
As I outlined in the Draft Budget, I am not proposing changes to the LTT rates and bands at this time.
