What action is the Welsh Government taking to ensure those appointed in senior positions at South Wales Fire and Rescue Service are appointed in a manner appropriate for the position and in line with the recommendations of the Independent Cultural Review of South Wales Fire & Rescue Service?

I have appointed four commissioners to oversee South Wales Fire and Rescue Authority. They have full powers to restructure and reform the management of the Service and instil a positive and non-discriminatory culture. They will remain in post until the work is finished and regularly update me on their progress.
