What steps is the Minister taking to ensure that the process of licensing lecanemab and donanemab will be fast and efficient, but not impinge on the safety of patients with Alzheimer’s?

Lecanemab and donanemab are not yet licensed for use in the UK. The licensing of medicines is a reserved matter and is the responsibility of the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).
