Further to WQ90470, will the First Minister outline the criteria used by the Welsh Ministers to determine which appointments to unregulated bodies are subject on a voluntary basis to the Governance Code on Public Appointments, and which are not?

A number of bodies, listed in WQ91304 (e), voluntarily choose to manage their board recruitment in the same way as those listed in Orders of Council. The bodies choose to comply with the Code on Public Appointments to benefit from the use of robust and established processes.
