Has the Welsh Government encouraged health boards in Wales to ensure that all correspondence between hospitals and patients is done digitally as well as physically?

Welsh Government are working with Digital Health and Care Wales to consider how hybrid mail can be implemented on a once for Wales basis across all NHS organisations (not just health boards). This would allow individuals to customise how they receive particular types of correspondence, offering a range of digital and traditional methods of communications.
