Has the Minister had any discussions with Pembrokeshire County Council on their proposed council tax rises of between 16 per cent and 21 per cent?

The setting of budgets, and in turn council tax, is the responsibility of each local authority. This task is made all the more difficult by the UK Government’s failure to invest in public services.
