What discussions has the Welsh Government had with local authorities regarding budget prioritisation since the start of the Sixth Senedd?

I am in constant dialogue all year round with local government on financial and budget matters, including through the Partnership Council and its Finance sub group, with the WLGA Council and Executive, and individually with Leaders.
