Will the Minister provide an update on the work to replace the defective safety barriers on the A40 between Raglan and Abergavenny?

Funding is available to progress the feasibility and design to replace the safety barriers on the A40 between Raglan and Abergavenny and this will commence in the next financial year (FY24/25). This is a complex piece of work given the physical constraints of the existing adjacent infrastructure.
