Will the Minister outline whether the Welsh Government's Welsh Benefits System and Charter will contain any targets to measure its progress?
The eight outcomes listed in the Welsh Benefits Charter were designed by stakeholders to be robust enough to demonstrate the improvements being made in a range of areas following the implementation of the Charter commitments.
An independent external steering group has been established to oversee the programme of work to implement the Charter commitments. The steering group will also determine the specific targets and measures that are appropriate to be used to assess progress against the attainment of the Charter outcomes. The steering group holds its inaugural meeting on the 14 February.
