Will the Minister confirm whether an evaluation of the performance of new centralised waiting lists for general dental service patients has been undertaken, or if it is intended to be undertaken?

Officials are currently working with Digital Health Care Wales (DHCW) on the development of a Central Waiting List, as recommended by the Health and Social Care Committee. As indicated in the response to the committee’s recommendation we are aiming for the system to be ready by the end of the current financial year.
As with any new policy development I would expect it’s effectiveness to be reviewed at an appropriate time in the future.
