What resource has the Government set aside for implementing the findings of the latest review of the Learner Travel (Wales) Measure, should it find more children and young people eligible for financial help for transport?

A review of the Learner Travel Measure was undertaken in 2021 and a further internal analysis and evaluation exercise was undertaken last year. A recommendations report based on the recent internal analysis and evaluation exercise, and engagement with young people, sets out a modest pathway to develop a safe and sustainable learner travel offer that aligns with Welsh Government policies and aspirations. Once I have finalised reviewing the document, I intend to publish the recommendations report.
