Will the Minister outline what resources have been made available to local authorities for the purpose of providing additional learning needs services in schools?

Funding to local authorities for schools is routed through the Local Government Revenue Settlement in the form of the Revenue Support Grant (RSG) which local authorities spend as they see fit on the range of services for which they are responsible.
In addition, over £56.3 million is protected in the draft budget for 2024-25 to support ALN reforms and boost support for ALN learners.
