Will the Minister outline the expected cost of the review into the Welsh Government's 20mph speed limit policy?

The review I have commissioned is into the implementation of 20mph speed limit, not the policy itself. The costs are expected to be small and will be accommodated within existing budgets, so it will not be possible to disaggregate them from other expenditure.
