Will the Minister confirm whether representatives of local authorities in Wales have approached the Welsh Government to request that the additional funds made available to the Welsh Government as a consequence of social care spending in England be spent on Welsh councils, and if so, how many?

Representatives of Local Government individually and through the Welsh Local Government Association have asked that additional funding is provided to local government.
