What is the Minister's assessment of the information from NAHT Cymru that almost a quarter of its members have indicated they will need to scale back or change the curriculum in order to reduce costs?

Funding that goes directly to schools has been prioritised in our proposed budget for 2024-25. The amalgamation of pre-16 local authority education grants from 1 April provides the same level of funding for curriculum reform for 2024-25 as set out in my curriculum Annual Report in July 2023.
