Will the Minister provide an update on the value of the heritage assets that the Welsh Government has guardian responsibility for in the Cadw portfolio?

108 of Cadw’s heritage assets are the subject of guardianship deeds, which means that formal ownership resides with the freeholder. Whilst they have no monetary value to Welsh Ministers, these sites are priceless assets for the nation.
