What discussions has the Minister had with Rhondda Cynon Taff Council regarding their consultation on reducing school transport?

I have had no discussions with Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council regarding their consultation on reducing school transport.
It is the statutory duty of each local authority to provide school transport to eligible learners in accordance with the Learner Travel (Wales) Measure.
