The information may be available from Local Health Boards. However, in considering any requests to Boards, it may be helpful to provide details on the scope of legal costs you are seeking information on. A request for legal costs for the last decade from each Local Health Board could divert resources from other financial management activity and it may well be refused on the grounds on disproportionate costs.
