The Central EU Transition Costs budget is a legacy description relating to the cost of staff that previously worked on Brexit activities. The budget line also includes other broader payroll costs for Welsh Government staff and non-payroll costs including training and low value ICT purchases. To ensure clarity, the Central EU Transition Costs BEL will be renamed at the Final Budget.
