The Commission employs two permanent, full-time equivalent staff who are solely responsible for diversity, equity and/or inclusion, namely the Diversity and Inclusion Manager and Diversity and Inclusion Officer. The Head of Recruitment and Diversity and Inclusion is also a full-time equivalent member of staff and has oversight as team leader of both the recruitment and diversity and inclusion functions.
The total costs of employing the three staff members amount to £173,572 which account for National Insurance and pensions contributions.
