What steps is the Minister taking to ensure that charging fees for entry to national museums would not impact their access to the poorest in Wales?

Amgueddfa Cymru is exploring all available fundraising opportunities and options for further income generation. This includes exploring a variety of possible charging models, including considering whether charging for entry to some or all its museums is something it should take forward. This exploratory work is at an early stage and we expect that appropriate equality impact assessments would be carried out as part of these considerations. We will work closely with Amgueddfa Cymru as this work progresses.
