Will the Minister consider including existing properties that are high-risk in its consultation on new fire safety regulations, to ensure that they too are safe for purpose?

The forthcoming Building Safety Bill will look to comprehensively reform the building safety system for all buildings in Wales. The reforms will introduce a robust regulatory framework for existing buildings to ensure residents feel safe and secure in their homes.
