What assessment has the Government made of the reasons for the delay to the construction of Cardiff Parkway train station?

The hearing for the called-in Cardiff Parkway planning application was reopened on 16 January to consider changes to national planning policy. Following the hearing the Planning Inspector will submit a report with recommendations for consideration by the Welsh Ministers. The report will inform the Welsh Ministers’ final decision on the application.
