Will the Minister outline the Welsh Government's response to the cancellation of the X51 bus service between Rhyl and Denbigh by Arriva Buses in response to the default 20mph policy?

We were disappointed with the recent decision by Arriva Buses Wales to make changes across their commercial bus network in north Wales. Whilst Arriva have not withdrawn their X51 service, we are working very closely with Transport for Wales and the local authorities to identify, prioritise and replace where possible key services which have been withdrawn by Arriva across the wider region.
