Will the Minister explain the rationale for keeping the additional learning needs budget, given it has had its budget reduced in order for it to be directed to local authorities instead?

We have not reduced the ALN budget. We have prioritised over £56.3 million investment for ALN in the 2024-25 Draft Budget.
