What Welsh Government incentives are available for people to buy or lease electric vehicles?

The Welsh Government does not currently offer incentives for people to buy or lease electric vehicles. The UK Government offers grants for the purchase of zero emission wheelchair accessible vehicles, motorcycles and mopeds, small and large vans, small and large trucks and taxis. These grants are applied as a discount by the seller and apply across the UK. Zero emission cars currently also receive favourable company car tax rates, vehicle excise duty rates and salary sacrifice terms.
