What assessment has the Minister made of the potential impact on cattle welfare and human health as a result of the greater TB testing requirements due to come into force on 1 February 2024?

Welsh Government, throughout the TB Eradication Programme has always promoted the need for TB Tests to be undertaken safely, both for the welfare of cattle being tested and the health of the personnel involved. I do not see the testing requirements to be introduced from 1 February will have an additional potential impact nor alter the guidance already available.
