Will the Minister confirm whether the Welsh Government views either bilingual or monolingual spaces as being of more benefit to the longevity of the Welsh language?

To be able to use Welsh, we need places and spaces where we can do so. Whether they are bilingual, or monolingual will differ according to geography and the linguistic nature of our communities and networks—there is no one fixed model.
