Under Leasing Scheme Wales, the Welsh Government has so far provided 60 grants to private sector landlords to bring empty properties back into use over the past two financial years.
Private Sector Housing is not required to meet the Welsh Housing Quality Standard but is required to meet The Renting Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Regulations 2022.
