What consideration has the Welsh Government given to supporting NHS services to maintain service provision in the event that the third-party clinical systems providers that the service relies on terminates their contract or exits service provision?

Health boards and NHS trusts are responsible for the planning and delivery of healthcare services on behalf of Welsh residents, and this includes negotiating contracts with any third party providers of clinical systems.  We would naturally expect the NHS organisation to have business continuity arrangements in place in the event of any cessation in services provided by third party organisations.
