Answered by Cabinet Secretary for Finance and Local Government | Answered on 01/11/2016
For example, the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 requires local authorities to engage with people to find out how satisfied they are with the care and support they receive and whether their experience of using the service has contributed to improving their well-being.
Such advice and guidance is provided in relation to specific services which are discharged by local authorities.
