How many times has the Minister met with union representatives in the last three months regarding potential redundancies in local government in Wales?

I last met with union representatives and employers at the Social Partnership Forum Meeting on 18 September 2023, where I reinforced of our commitment to continue to work in partnership. I outlined the work we were doing on the budget. We discussed the implications of the current and future years financial context for pay, the risk of redundancies and the cost of living.
