Does the Welsh Government plan to adopt any of the recommendations outlined in the Centre for Cities report commissioned by the Trades Union Congress, 'Fare outcomes: Understanding transport in Wales's cities', including congestion charges, road charging, buses being exempt from 20mph and workplace parking levies?

We note the Centre for Cities report and its recommendations on sustainable transport in Welsh towns and cities.
We have no plans to take forward its recommendations on congestion charging, road user charging, speed limits for buses or workplace parking levies.
