What consideration has the Minister given to the appropriateness of 44 non-clinical staff earning over £100,000 a year at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, given the pressures on funding and delivery on the service in north Wales?

It is the responsibility for the individual health board to consider the appropriate staffing at the appropriate levels, and it is for health boards to review this on a regular basis.
