The process for Ministers contributing to press articles is set out at paragraph 8.9 of the Code.
Press articles
8.9 Ministers may contribute to a book, journal or newspaper, including a local newspaper in their constituency, provided that publication will not be at variance with their obligations to the Senedd and their duty to observe the principle of collective ministerial responsibility.
